My STAPLE products

These are the products I know I will keep repurchasing because they just keep delivering.
Here's why -

Shu Uemura cleansing oil
 - it takes my MU off without a fight!
It also brilliantly cleans my brushes - they look all fresh and new again.

Mac Fix +
just love the smell of this, so refreshing lovely after cleansing, before moisturising, good for spraying on a clean brush and use for blending  etc etc etc

Bioderma cleansing water -
this has to be one of the BEST things ever -
if you think your skin is clean..think again - this will literally get every grain of everything alien to the skin off!
It leaves the skin fresh with one swipe of a cotton pad.

Eve Lom eye cream -
this little baby is relatively new , it does what it says
de-puffs, brightens and absorbs beautifully leaving a great canvas for undereye concealer

By Terry baume de rose - need I mention this again?
Another magic pot of luxurious moisture

By Terry hylauronic face glow -
this new one is an all-in-one amazing little tube
-oil control, pore minimizer, medium coverage, primer/or powder substitute over foundation!
It gives a prepped and ready canvas, but don't put it straight on top of a rich moisturiser

Laura Mercier silk creme + sigma 182 = dream coverage
or
Vichy dermablend + Mac 187 = airbrushed

Laura Mercier secret camouflage
= covers everything, stays on oily skin

By Terry touche veloute - light in a pen,
illuminating concealer with coverage (bigger touche eclat)
(you know how one famous diva carries a light around with her so she is seen at her best? well she could save herself the hassle and get one of these)

Becca cream blush -
beautiful, blendable, natural

Nars longwear eyeliners -
these are truly longwear, smooth with strong pigmentation

By Terry terrybly mascara -
This holds curl like no other, it has 90% lash building serum, the plum/blue makes the eye colour pop,
it volumizes and lengthens!

Maison Francis K Aqua Universalis -
my perfume - light, crisp and fresh

Little pretty secrets

There are so many little secrets hiding in our everyday lives.

Here are just a few...

Extra virgin olive oil -
Great eye makeup remover (a few drops on cotton pad)

Coconut oil -
natural balm cleanser for dry skin/good treatment for knees and elbows

TCP - that not-so-lovely throat gargling anti-septic
= cotton bud - spot (zap!)

Witch hazel -
brings down inflamation on face, tones and heals spots

Aspirin -
great crushed as a mask for problem skin, or dissolved in a mist to brings redness down

Milk of magnesia -
Great mask/base for oily skin - soaks up the excess oils

Now for the double-use beauties

Facial cleansing oil = brush cleaner

Toothpick = brow brusher/lower lash mascara wand

Eye primer = undereye concealer primer

Rich moisturiser = cleanser before makeup
(so skin isn't too greasy)

Simple but effective
